You tell us what you want to achieve, how much time you want to dedicate towards it & what you like/dislike doing etc.
We'll email you a detailed & personalised fitness plan, including factsheets & tuition on how to perform the exercises safely (NB this won't be an automated email. It'll be personally written to you & tailored to your needs).
You'll do the exercises as best you can & feedback in an email what you have achieved by the end of the week. You might also like to email us a food diary so we can help you improve your diet too.
We'll phone you at a pre-agreed time to discuss what you did well, if anything went wrong & what you could do better. Together we'll then agree the following week's actions & goals. These will be confirmed by email & any additional factsheets & information will be sent to you.
